I want to build a team of music enthusiasts to go to gigs listen to CDs and basically help us find new and interesting talent. ”
You will need to be someone that already goes out to allot of gigs and fancies themselves as a bit of an authority on what makes an exiting unique band/artist, you will need to be already on top of myspace/youtube etc but will need no specific experience in talent scouting.
There would be no money in this but we would get you + 1 into whichever gigs we wanted you to cover and you would be able to get involved in other goings on at dcb which could lead to possible future part time or full time employment. You would on occasion be expected to come to our offices based in Bristol (travel expenses would be covered).
