Who is this scheme for?
This award is open to individuals only.
*Age: Nominees must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
*Attitude: Nominees should be mature, realistic, positive and grounded in hard work.
*Beyond First steps: Nominees should show signs of having begun to take positive steps towards creating a career in the music business by themselves.
*Not just artists: The scheme is open to aspiring producers, label bosses, promoters and managers, as well as artists in the urban music scene.
