International Music Development
The BMF works with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) to support international opportunities for music businesses and musicians in the South West of England.
UKTI runs funding programmes and supports a series of international missions for music throughout the year and works with the BMF to ensure such ongoing opportunities are made available to South West practitioners at all times.
The BMF mentors practitioners through their engagement with UKTI.

In May 2009, the BMF held a mini-convention at the Great Escape. Over 150 international delegates attended Bristol to Brighton.
We will be doing it again in 2010.
