I started writing music for Film & TV eleven years ago and have since written the music for a great number of television documentaries, the scores for five short films and have also released music on seven production music albums to date.

I am originally from Hamburg, Germany and came to England in 1993 to study music at Salford University College in Manchester to degree level. I then went on to study for an MA in Composition for Film & TV at Bristol University in 1997. I play the piano, drums, guitar, bass guitar and sing.

In addition to my work as a composer I am also a
dubbing mixer and sound designer working in television and film post production and have more than 350 broadcast credits in this field.

I run my own studio in Montpelier called The Sound Lounge where I write, record and produce music and also do sound post production work.
