Call The Doctor are currently looking for an indie label to help them produce / promote their debut album.

Last year the their self titled mini album was recorded with Paul Tipler (idlewild / elastica / forward russia) and a 6 month distribution deal with local indie label Glasstone Records was taken. However this didn’t really provide the exposure hoped for.

The band have performed over 60 live shows over the last 18 months locally and around the country inlcuding mini tours to cities such as Cardiff, Manchester and Sheffiled. They have played several London dates at unsinged venues such as the Dublin Castle and a couple of shows at the Camden Barlfy. They have supported touring bands such as Band of Skulls and Monotonix as well as playing a summer of local festivals.

They have got good coverage in local press such as bbc introducing and some national press including this live review on artrocker’s website and a short spot on Steve Lemaq.

The band now have a catalogue of around 15 songs to choose from and are looking to put them together as an album. They are also looking for help to take them to the next level of gigs (longer national tours, unsigned festivals such as camden crawl, great escape etc.)
