The next Safety Passport course delivered by Stagesafe will take place in Glastonbury on Monday 12th of May.
A Safety Passport is like any other Passport; it identifies the holder as having undertaken basic health and safety awareness training and allows the holder access to “passport controlled” workplaces. Many industries insist that all workers hold a Safety Passport before they can gain access to the workplace or even obtain work and it is of great benefit to those working in the live music industry.
To obtain this Safety Passport you need to attend a basic 1 day course, as run by Stagesafe.
This course will be lead by Chris Hannam who is years of experience at events such as Glastonbury and Reading Festivals through to outdoor concerts with the most of the leading orchestras in the UK. He has also worked in areas as diverse as Production Management, Site Management, Front of House, Stage and Tour Management, staging, lighting, rigging, transport, and stewarding,
