To celebrate it’s 43rd birthday, this year the theme for the St Pauls Carnival is Heroes & Sheroes: celebrating local heroes.
Any individuals, groups, or community members who would like to be involved are asked to get in touch with the Carnival Office about taking part, having a stall, performing, procession
