The BMF ran ‘Industry Insights’ at each heat as part of the Teenage Rampage Apprenticeships programme. The Industry Insights provided education and information on aspects of the music industry, and signed up young Teenage Rampage Apprentices.
Teenage Rampage aims to identify, support, develop and network young under-19 musicians across the South West region.
Created and run by the Bristol Music Foundation (BMF), Teenage Rampage gives select young bands and musicians the opportunity to experience being part of a tour, to interact with other bands from the across the South West, to gain experience of and mentoring on the different aspects of the music industry, and promote themselves via CD and merchandise sales.
Teenage Rampage Apprenticeships provide opportunities for young people to access experience on aspects of working in the music industry via work experience in BMF partner businesses and practical work with industry mentors around the Teenage Rampage tours.
