Ryan Farley is the UK A&R Scout for Warner/Chappell Music Publishing Ltd – the publishing arm of Warner Music Group.

Ryan Farley’s role is to be the company’s eyes & ears for finding the best new contemporary songwriters to sign to the roster, across all genres.
This involves regular meetings with record label A&Rs, managers, lawyers, promoters, agents, press & PR, and listening to lots of new music!! He goes out pretty much every night to gigs, seeing at least two shows a night. As he is the UK scout, he also travels around the country for gigs, meetings, events and to check up on what’s happening in the various regions of the UK.
