Arnolfini
To start off Arnolfini’s weekend of interactive sound, Saturday 25th will see a day of workshops, talks and sound installations at the gallery.
This will be followed by an evening performance hosted by Future of Sound, an international collective of vanguard musicians, animators and visual artists who come together for interactive presentations and performances exploring the latest innovations in experiential art and sound.
Hosted by electronic pioneer Martyn Ware, co-founder of Human League and Heaven 17, the Future of Sound event will a ground breaking 3D surround sound system. ‘This is the holy grail of audio; 3D sonic imaging that challenges audiences to embrace a new take on experiencing sound.’ says Ware.
The event is produced by Illustrious and Cybersonica and the Bristol show will be co-curated by Blackout Arts.
