Umbrella organisation UK Music has announced further details of its Leadership Development Network.

Supported and funded by the Cultural Leadership Programme, the Network brings together 10 senior leaders from across the music industry, drawn from different companies, sectors, regions and groupings.

Its overall aims are to promote greater cohesion and strategic collaboration across the music business, and to foster the development of individual leadership skills.

Meeting over a nine-month period (until March 2011), the Network will comprise a mix of professionally facilitated group meetings and individual business coaching. The members of the UK Music Leadership Development Network are:

- Jackie Davidson, MD of Jackie Davidson Management; Founder and Vice-Chair of the Alliance for Diversity in Music and Media
- Jane Dyball, Senior VP International Legal and Business Affairs, Warner/Chappell Music Publishing
- Keith Jopling, Director Jopling Associates
- Jessica Koravos, Managing Director, AEG Live
- Jim Mawdsley, CEO of Generator, the Music Development Agency in the North East
- Pamela McCormick, Chief Executive, Urban Development
- Vanessa Reed, Executive Director, PRS for Music Foundation
- Feargal Sharkey, Chief Executive Officer, UK Music
- Mike Smith, Managing Director, Columbia Records
- Matt Booth, Co-Founder and Chair, Bristol Music Foundation
