Premier Music Technology Expo in the South West
Sound Gallery Studios present the second Anologue to Digital Music Expo.
The A2D Music Expo brings together the leading music technology companies from around the world fresh from NAMM show in USA, to present all the very latest equipment & software for DJs, musicians, live performers, bands, producers and sound engineers.
2010 is the start of a new era of music technology; whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned working professional, A2D can give you a head start on how to get the most from it all. So, if you need to set up your own digital home recording studio, get the perfect live guitar sound, become a superstar DJ, demystify MIDI or even emulate the classic analogue synths from yesteryear, then A2D is the show for you.
A2D gives you the opportunity to try out the latest technology, musical instruments and recording systems, speak to the experts and experience hands-on demos, masterclasses, workshops and live performances across the whole building alongside live sessions at Sound Gallery recording studios and exclusive Q & A sessions with Sound on Sound magazine.
Prize Draw entries are also available to purchase in advance and on the day of the event, giving you the chance to win up to £5,000 worth of the latest software and hardware.
The day will conclude with the A2D after-show event, live performances and the screening of the Director’s cut of the iconic BLADE RUNNER movie in Blue Ray – including extended scenes and never-before seen special effects – to celebrate the ‘Rachel’s Love Theme’ (Vangelis), featuring the saxophonist Raphael Ravenscroft who played on the original soundtrack.
