Hear updates from across the South West at Music South West on 11th and 12th November.
Day 2 of Music South West on 12th Nov will kick off with an update on the South West Music Forum and the development of a music strategy for SWMF with Somerset County Council. Plus an update on the Music To Market survey and news of a new regional website. We will be joined also by SWMF partners Wiltshire Music Connect, Beaford Arts, Swindon Does Arts and Plymouth City Development Company to discuss partnership working and some great new projects.

This will be followed by and International update with BMF and UKTI including SXSW 2010 and a jazz and blues focused link with New Orleans with Plymouth CDC, and we will be joined by Shain Shapiro (UK/EU manager for CIMA, the Canadian Independent Music Association), Jordi Puy Campàs (Director, London Office of ICIC, the Catalan Institute for the Cultural Industries).
